Do your products contain preservatives?

At BeDeVilled Tasmania, we pride ourselves on using natural ingredients and traditional methods. We do not use artificial preservatives in our gourmet products, ensuring you get the purest taste and quality.  We do of course cure our meats ( jerky) and this is the only preservative used - Preservative 250 - Sodium Nitrate/ Prague Powder.

Will black garlic products leave a strong garlic taste or bad breath?
Many people worry about the lingering effects of garlic, but black garlic is different. The fermentation process transforms the raw garlic, mellowing its pungent flavour and eliminating the harsh aftertaste and strong odour often associated with fresh garlic. Our black garlic creations offer a rich, umami flavour without the worry of bad breath.
